After hours dispatcher / Breakdown assistance

USA Trucking Company Is currently looking for After hours Dispatcher (Logbook Monitoring / Breakdown experience would be a big plus)

If you are responsible, organized, able to multitask and solve problems in an efficient manner you can join our friendly Team.

Responsibilities:
- Answer the phones after hours from Drivers, Brokers, etc and try to help to solve the problems or redirect to the right direction.
- Provide updates to the Brokers or to others.
- Solve any issues regarding loading/unloading, routing the drivers, help with the lumpers, pickup, deliveries and other problems.
- Provide remote assistance for truck and trailer repairs and troubleshooting
- Attentive in detail, responsible, and focus minded
- Desire to develop, grow and work in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service or related it's a must.
- English are a must.
