We are an asset-based trucking company operating across the United States, managing a fleet of over 150 trucks. As our operations grow, we’re seeking a sharp, dedicated After-Hours Dispatcher to join our Moldavian team and keep our wheels turning through the night.

Position Details:

Shift: After-hours (00:00 - 08:00), Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
As the backbone of our overnight operations, you’ll take charge of the unexpected and keep our fleet on track. Your duties will include:

Monitoring and Supporting Drivers: Be the go-to lifeline for our drivers after dark, guiding them through challenges outside regular business hours.
Tackling Breakdowns and Mechanical Emergencies: Swiftly handle any truck, trailer, or load-related issues—whether it’s a blown tire, engine trouble, or shipment snag
Bridging Communication: Act as the voice of the company, connecting with brokers, shippers, and receivers to keep everyone in the loop and operations running smoothly.
Tracking and Updating: Keep a sharp eye on load progress, updating the data in the TMS and spreadsheets to ensure seamless handoffs to the daytime crew.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: Previous experience in maintenance or dispatch operations—a huge plus for tackling mechanical emergencies with confidence
