Call center operator

A global provider of IT services is currently looking for competent call center operators to join its team in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:
- Answer enquiries from customers by telephone and email;
- Answer call frequently and professionally;
- Deciding on appropriate client communication;
- Complete call logs and call reporting
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken;
- Very good computer skills;
- Excellent customer care skills;
- Must be able to possess a calm and reassuring telephone manner;
- Disciplined, persistent, organized, pro-active personality.
