HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Change Coordinator

Company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.

Job Description:
You will be working for the systems department of BU Consumer Goods and Industry. This department developed and keeps developing its own WMS (Warehouse Management System). The role of the change coordinator is to coordinate the flow of documents and information surrounding any request for a change in the WMS.
You will be answering questions, reviewing changes, communicate daily with internal/external customers & working closely together with the system department. Requests can include changes in the WMS for operational improvements, changes related to ongoing projects or customer specific changes. You will be working for 80 customers spread out all over the world.

Your tasks will be:
- Thorough & detailed review off each requested change in a registration tool for correct & complete information,
- Inquire missing information & complete the change file,
- Ensure that all changes are approved by the appropriate person,
- Updating change files & follow up statuses,
- Take appropriate action where needed,
- Distribute information to the correct team/person & follow up feedback,
- Prepare & review documentation, user manuals optimize procedures related to the change process,
- Weekly & monthly reporting regarding statuses, lead times, KPIs, resources, actual vs. estimated,
- Analyze results and report or escalate to the management.


Requirements:
- University degree or equal by experience,
- Motivation, discipline, well-structured and flexibility are your key characteristics,
- Strong multi-tasking skills,
- Strong communicative skills,
- Fast learner,
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office and good computer skills.
