Claims specialist for trucking industry

We are looking for a Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims, ensuring all claims are handled efficiently and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and process claims related to accidents, cargo damage, and other incidents within the trucking industry.
- Collaborate with insurance companies, adjusters, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Maintain detailed records of all claims, including documentation, communications, and settlement agreements.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce future claims.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
- Assist in the investigation of claims to determine liability and assess the extent of damages.
- Work closely with the safety and compliance team to ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented office setting, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere.
- Proficiency in computer-based software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Russian, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze data and reports to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes and legal requirements related to claims (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:
- English B2 lever and higher
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
