Required skills:
- English proficiency: min. B2 level/TOEFL 100/IELTS 7.0. Italian is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent in Romanian (Russian is an advantage)
- Reference letter(s) from previous employers or university professors. Reference letters from colleagues will be accepted if former are not available
- Basic accounting knowledge (incl. engaging with local authorities such as SFS, ASP, Moldovan customs)
- Great time management
- Basic legal knowledge (incl. writing and translating documents such as requests, complaints, etc.)
- Extremely friendly and customer-oriented approach. Engage with clients in a polite and pleasant way
- Be reliable.
Job description:
- Work 4 hours a day from the office or from home
- Maintain email communication with international customers and international/local suppliers
- Manage the agenda of the administrator via Outlook calendar
- Collecting, archiving, and managing all relevant documents from accounting and contracts to internal technical documents
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Help the administrator maintain a profitable relationship with suppliers and clients
- Organize and manage online meetings and conferences (incl. writing down the minutes of the meeting)
- Translation upon administrator’s request
- Contacting local authorities on behalf of the company
- Prepare Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations in English
- The company is committed to being as paperless as possible, so be prepared to digitize and modify documents.
