Entry-level dispatcher – no experience required

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented dispatcher, open to those without prior experience, to coordinate logistics, communicate with drivers, and ensure efficient transportation for our open deck trucking operations.

Responsibilities:
Load Coordination:
- Schedule and dispatch loads to drivers.
- Confirm pick-up and delivery times with shippers and receivers.

Driver Communication:
- Serve as the main contact for drivers on load status and route updates.
- Support drivers and resolve on-road issues.

Documentation Management:
- Accurately complete required paperwork, including bills of lading.
- Maintain organized dispatch records.

Logistics Support:
- Track loads in transit, providing stakeholders with status updates.
- Assist with route planning to reduce delays and costs.

Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Address inquiries and provide timely shipment updates.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics or transportation is a plus.

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in Romanian and Russian; English is a plus.
