HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the HR Manager
Company Overview: A great international company that will open within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees. It will be located in a region of Moldova.
HR MANAGER (region in Moldova, manufacturing)
Job summary: a result driven HR Manager that will help to set up the entire HR system in a successful international automotive company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will be responsible in creating a HR department from ground up
• Execute recruiting strategy and flex with evolving business needs (preferably production)
• Ensure all Human Resources, Administration and EHS environmental topics comply with the local law
• Set up and maintain all administrative processes including security, facility management, travel and vehicle management
• Will establish and maintain a salary structure by conducting periodic salary surveys scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing budgets, monitoring and scheduling training program
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions
• Elaborates the HR strategy together with other HR representatives from another countries
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in HR Management at least 3 years, preferably from production industry
• Very good knowledge of local labor law ( Moldova)
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
