Job responsibilities:
- Developing and owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle workflow related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and on-going employee engagement on a global basis
- Working with department leads to plan company events and support team building
- Refining existing processes to ensure timely and complete HR document retention and ensure compliance with employment requirements
- Responsible for developing, implementing and administering recruiting programs
- Communicating and educating employees on benefit programs and acting as internal resource for all employee compensation and benefits questions
- Driving HR strategy including development of performance appraisal processes, compensation analysis and employment branding & engagement
Main requirements:
- Experience in similar position
- Experience in international companies
- Certified trainings in HR
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
