HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the HR Responsible in Moldova
Company Overview: A great international company that will open within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees.
HR RESPONSIBLE (manufacturing)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will be responsible in creating a HR department from ground up (500-700 employees)
• Execute recruiting strategy and flex with evolving business needs (preferably production)
• Develops sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining of the Internet, on-line databases, social media, employee referrals, networking, career fairs
• Implementing the motivational system and the communication strategy
• Calculates the absenteeism and turnover ratios according with the specific objectives and needs
• Keeps track of the HR internal issues ad continuously finds methods of improving
• Elaborates the HR strategy together with other HR representatives from another countries
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in HR Management at least 3 years, preferably from production industry
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Genuine customer service orientation with an ability to meet expectations of candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Business travel in Romania and Moldova
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
