HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Interpreter & Customer Support Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• providing help and advice to customers using the organization’s services;
• communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
• investigating and solving customers' problems;
• handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill;
• keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
• analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing;
• producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software;
• visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service;
• developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
• secretarial services, typing documents, maintaining files,
• handle routine telephone inquiries;
• Translation of official correspondence into Romanian, English and Russian.
• Contracts translation, modification, invoices, receipts…etc.
• Creating and maintaining office contacts database;
• Scheduling and organizing and assisting in activities such as meetings with clients.
EXPERIENCE:
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English, Romanian and Russian.
• Aptitude for solving problems and acting on own initiative
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn smth new
• A strong team player with a flexible approach
