Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing IT and network security, preferably with Azure.
- Proven experience in scaling IT operations and security for global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IT security practices, including endpoint and network security.
- Expertise in Azure services (VMs, Azure AD, Intune, VPN solutions).
- Track record in implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, and security risk management.
- Relevant Azure or cloud technology certifications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and security management in a global, cloud-native environment.
- Strong leadership in managing IT teams across multiple regions.
- Advanced skills in network architecture and security protocols.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in global IT projects, including cloud service deployment and integration.
- Expertise in international security standards and regulations compliance.
- Skilled in device management with Intune and implementing secure VPN solutions.
