Operator data processing in accounting team

For our Moldovan office located in Chisinau we are looking for:
DATA PROCESSING OPERATOR in Accounting team
Job Responsibilities:
- Making reports in Excel regarding orders handled by SAE partners
- Working with invoices and its details in Excel files, checking tariffs, delivery condition
- Checking outstanding invoices, sending reminders to approvers
- Payroll drivers
Job Requirements:
1. University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance
2. Good knowledge of English
3. Computer literacy, MS Excel
4. Ability to learn fast
5. Detail oriented
6. Responsibility
7. Team player
Working hours: rotational day shifts (7.00 – 14.30 / 14.30 – 22.00) and part-time on Saturday (8.00 – 13.00)
