Payroll Specialist

US Software Solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks;
Enter data into databases and spreadsheet;
Ensure the withholding and/or deductions associated with net pay is done properly;
Schedule and process supplemental payrolls and on-demand payments, as required;
Maintain relationships with third-party service providers;
Prepare reports for upper management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must);
Prior experience in accounting preferred;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change;
General understanding of accounting practices and principles;
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
