Recruiter and HR Manager

About Company:

A Foreign staffing agency focused on foundry - metallurgy.

Responsibilities:

- Search workers with experience in foundry - metallurgy
- Communication with the production plant in the Europe
- Office management
- Communication with the Consulate
- Communication with the parent company in EU – who will enter the recruitments needs
- Preparing and filing the necessary documents to travel to work in EU
- Implementation of monthly search requests and dispatch workers.

Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment process +1 year
- An overview of the foundry positions
- Experience in opening work EU visas
- Fluent speaking in Romanian, Russian and English
- Exceptional communication skills, with an in-depth knowledge of employment legislation
- Standards driven, with excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a varying work load
- Attention to detail
