Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily movement of heavy equipment and loads using RGN trailers.
-Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers to ensure smooth operations.
-Monitor load progress and provide real-time updates to all stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
-Handle scheduling, trip documentation, and dispatch support.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a dispatcher in logistics or transportation (RGN experience preferred).
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
-Familiarity with load boards, routing, and logistics management systems.
-Knowledge of federal transportation regulations.
