We are looking for a talented and motivated E2E Product/Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and low-fi and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Product Design: Focus on end-to-end product design, from conceptualization to final implementation. Ensure that design solutions are functional, usable, and aligned with business goals. Actively seek out opportunities to improve the user experience and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other business stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- User Testing: Plan and execute user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
- Workshops: Organize and run workshops to gather stakeholder input, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and ensure alignment on design direction.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts by communicating design changes to stakeholders and helping to manage the transition process.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of SAP and SaaS, or experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Fluent English
