UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for tech products. You will play a key role in shaping the UI/UX of a scalable document management solution integrated with SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR). This solution is designed to enhance efficiency and usability within a leading European manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to create user-friendly and scalable design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations to optimize the user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across the platform.
- Translate complex workflows and requirements into simple, elegant, and efficient UI/UX solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless integration of design elements into development.

Your Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for tech products.
- Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
- Experience in designing for web applications, dashboards, and enterprise software.
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:
- Experience with product discovery processes and defining user needs in early-stage development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.

Requiered: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
