HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Administrative Manager
Company Overview: A great international company that will open within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees, in a region of Moldova.
Administrative manager (manufacturing, a region in Moldova)
Position overview: a result driven assistant that will help to set up an entire production plant in a region of Moldova, will report to Plant Manager and General Management Headquarters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle and support all administrative tasks during the set-up of the plant
• Will communicate with authorities, government and suppliers and report to the management/headquarter
• Direct link between workshop and plant management
• Various translation tasks
• Set up and monitor regular reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in administrative field at least 3 years, preferably from production industry
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English), GERMAN -advantage
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
