USA Trucking Company, is currently looking for an
Afterhours Dispatcher.
If you are responsible, organized, customer oriented, able to multitask and solve problems in an efficient manner you are welcome to our team.
Requirements:
- Advanced level in English, Russian, Romanian languages;
- Good knowledge of equipment and tools utilized in trucking industry;
- Great communicational and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
Core Duties:
- Prioritize the list of duties that appear during the shift
- Monitor and assist drivers, brokers or any other third parties involved
- Reply and act accordingly on each incoming phone call, email, text message
- Provide updates and solve any issues regarding loading / unloading, routing drivers or any other unforeseen circumstances
- Make the best cost effective decisions
- Prepare a daily report at the end of each shift
- Provided a constant customer service
