The Unit (https://theunit.dev) is a software development company with HQ in Ireland, focused on Sports betting, Gambling & iGaming industries, with headquarters in Ireland. Our team is delighted to have collaborated with customers from across the globe since 2017.
We are actively extending our team and looking for a Node.js Developer who will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our web applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Node.js development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of proven experience with Node.js.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, React, etc.).
- Previous professional experience with at least one of the following databases: MySQL, MS-SQL, Postgres.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
