Billing & accounting specialist - logistics

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong teamwork skills and a desire to grow within our well-established trucking company.

Requirements:
- Experience in transportation billing/invoicing (we offer training for the right candidate)
- Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Romanian, Russian is an advantage)
- Organized, innovative, and positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:
- Handling accounts receivable/payable (including invoice factoring and preparing statements)
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy of details
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with company drivers and associates
- Organizing and managing paperwork efficiently
- Details: Work hours: 15:00 - 00:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Office in Chisinau
