Chief Technology Officer — CTO — SaaS Projects

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our ambitious expansion of digital products!

We have already built a portfolio of successful digital products, and now we’re setting our sights even higher. Over the next year, we aim to launch at least 10 new B2C desktop/mobile apps and SaaS solutions. To bring this vision to life, we are searching for an experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team.

As a senior leader, you will work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to shape and execute innovative technical strategies that align with our rapid growth. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling our technology infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, security, and innovation across all projects.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:

Define and implement a clear technological vision that aligns with our business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge technologies for a competitive advantage.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure technology supports our growth strategy.
Building & Leading the Tech Team:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adaptability.
Encourage collaboration between developers, product managers, and business teams.
Product Development & Execution:

Oversee the development and deployment of scalable, high-quality tech solutions.
Work closely with product and project management teams to align technical capabilities with business priorities.
Establish development roadmaps and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
Operational Efficiency & Security:

Manage system infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
Implement strong quality assurance and data protection protocols.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize IT budgets for efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Technical Expertise:

6+ years in a CTO must have
Proven track record of scaling technology teams and digital products.
Extensive hands-on experience in SaaS development, with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability.
Previous Developer experience, 6+ years.
Deep understanding of Node.js, NestJS, Next.js (SSR/SSG frameworks), Kubernetes, and AWS.
Experience leading remote teams, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.(company has new projects)

Education & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to translate business objectives into technology-driven solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating tech strategies to diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
