HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Communication and Recruiting Coordinator
The company:
An international IT company
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing on recruiting and communication initiatives,
- Focusing on sourcing and pitching for passive candidates, building talent pipeline,
- Manage social media presence and traditional media appearances,
- Manage job boards,
- Contribute to organization of meetups, conferences and job fairs, attend similar events to represent the Company,
- Leverage relationships with business associations, universities and professional communities for employer branding and recruiting purposes,
- Countribute to sourcing, pitching and growing the pipeline of passive candidates,
- Assist management and team in the recruiting process,
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Higher Education,
- Fluent in English,
- Excellent writing and verbal communication,
- Great time and resource management,
- Good organizational skills,
- Great people and networking skills,
- Advanced user of computers and software programs: MS Office suite, internet, e-mail,
- Awareness of IT industry,
- Willingness and ability to learn technical information,
- 3+ years of previous experience in communication, recruiting or event planning and organization,
- Experience working in a similar position for IT or professional services organization is a plus.
