Customer Support with knowledge of Portuguese

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.
Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.
Consider complaints.
Report technical and other problems to your manager.

Requirements:

Similar work experience will be a plus
Excellent communication skills.
High level of spoken and written Portuguese.
Possibility to work from the office 5/2
