Fleet Solutions Team is Hiring a Dispatcher

What does a Dispatcher do?
The Dispatcher works closely with drivers, actively planning routes and movement strategies, serving as the main point of contact for drivers, brokers, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily tasks of the Load Planner, providing instructions on load priorities and outlining daily and weekly load-search strategies.
- Plan efficient routes and manage driver schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers to relay route information, special instructions, and loading/unloading requirements.
- Track and monitor shipment progress, providing regular updates to brokers and customers.

Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has prior experience in dispatch or logistics.
- Has strong communication and organizational skills.
- Can effectively assign tasks and provide clear instructions to the Load Planner.
- Can work under pressure, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Has proven experience in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations.
- Is proficient in English at an Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level.
