What We're Looking For:
- Strong English skills for speaking and writing;
- Ability to stay calm and make suitable decisions when faced with high-pressure situations;
- Attention to details and good reasoning;
- Dispatch Experience – not required but it’s a plus. We’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn and embrace new challenges;
- Work Hours - availability to work from 3 PM to 1 AM.

Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate with the drivers;
- Negotiate and create relationships with the brokers;
- Find and book the best loads;
- Keep daily updates.
