Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

We are an asset-based trucking company operating in the United States, managing a fleet of over 100 trucks equipped with flatbed and step deck trailers.
As our company and fleet size increases day by day, we are actively seeking new talent to join our Moldavian team.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities within our fleet of drivers. As, the Maintenance Coordinator will handle all inbound phone calls and assist drivers with their over-the-road (OTR) issues and requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Proficient in providing exceptional customer support service.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English, as you will primarily communicate with US citizens.
Experience in handling mechanical and maintenance-related issues.
Previous experience in the trucking industry is a significant advantage.
