- Making sure all documents are in order and following project standards; helping to form teams;
- identifying needs in the company and delegating tasks accordingly; solving problems either alone or in groups;
- Overseeing the reporting, project-implementation, and auditing processes;
- Making a substantial analytical and decision-making contribution to the formulation of company policy, planning, and strategy
- Leading, guiding, and motivating the team;
- Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, both internal and external;
- Protecting the development process as a whole.
