Hr manager / branch manager

Daxx is a Dutch company and market leader in The Netherlands in nearshore IT staffing services. We serve with more than 150 IT professionals over 60 clients in The Netherlands and international markets. Daxx has offices in The Netherlands (Amsterdam) Ukraine (Kiev, Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk), UK (London) , US (New York) and Russia (St Petersburg). For our fast growing company we are looking to open an office in Moldova and add to our team in Chisinau highly motivated HR Manager / Branch Manager. Our company culture is informal & fun but professional.

Key requirements:
- Successful and passionate IT Recruiter (minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment of software developers)
- Good command of English both verbal and written
Basic understanding of software development process, technologies and methodologies
- Effective communicator
- Has strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind
- Hardworking, organized, independent and pro-active contributor

Key responsibilities:
- Office setup in Chisinau
- Recruitment / HR Management / Communication with the clients

Desirable:
- Experience in IT HR Management
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience in International Sales
