Key Responsibilities:
- Driver Recruitment
- Ability to recruit drivers with the qualifying skills for the available positions.
- Social Media Management
- Maintaining an active presence on social media platforms and other websites to attract potential candidates.
- Negotiate Pay Rates
- Being able to negotiate the pay rates based on the driver's driving record and experience
- Discussing hiring decisions with our Safety and Compliance department.
- Navigating through applications and holding initial interviews.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills, and communication skills, active listening abilities, relationship-building skills, time management, adaptability, attention to detail, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and patience.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
Shift: 15:00 – 23:00

Benefits:
- Salary will be $1000.00 plus bonuses for performance up to $3000.00
