HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
ICT Service Desk Engineer
About company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Main tasks:
• Accurate identification of user problems via IT support tools and remote tools,
• Accurate and timely escalation of problems to specialist support teams,
• Correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution,
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved,
• Promotion of IT services to professional users,
• Contribute to document frequently occurring issues and their resolution.
Requirements for candidate:
• University degree (in computer applications) or you have a background in ICT,
• Express yourself fluently in both spoken and written English,
• Strong communicative skills,
• Previous experience in ICT user-support and client service is an asset,
• Willing to work in shifts,
• Knowledge of Microsoft products in general (Office 2010/2013, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008/2012 environment),
• Familiar with hardware installations,
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange environment is an asset,
• Motivation, discipline, well-structured and flexibility are your key characteristics.
