Kitchen chef (bucatar in Islanda)

Hotel Grimsborgir is looking for experienced and educated chefs for 100% job (shift work).


Main tasks:

Preparing and cooking according to our A la carte menu

Has to have experience of preparing buffets, e.g. seasonal

Registrations for internal food control/safety

Cleaning and arranging kitchen

Other tasks



Education and skills:

Chef Diploma

Good english skills is necessary (Icelandic is a plus)

Experience working in high quality restaurants

Willing to and ability to work under stress

Service minded and great communication skills

Cleanliness, punctuality and flexibility

A plus if you live close by the hotel.
