Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with a strong background in software architecture, backend development and team leadership to join our team as a Lead Software Engineer.If you're passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality products that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Oversee the technical direction of the project, ensuring high standards of code quality and timely delivery
Act as the main point of contact for project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers
Improve development workflows, testing processes, and deployment practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with business needs
Support team members through mentorship, feedback, and performance guidance

Requirements:

BS degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in software development Java or Python
1+ year of experience in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar)
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance)
Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Familiarity with cloud-native services like Kubernetes and serverless architecture
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate development effort
