We're looking for a Marketing manager to join our team in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field will be a strong advantage
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
