Duties on board:

• Create and develop the recruitment, development and motivation systems for Tucano employees;
• Conduct the initial training courses for the new partners and managers;
• Create and develop the online and offline trainings for partners, managers and employees;
• Update and develop the Tucano Coffee knowledge base;
• Recruit the Tucano Coffee Franchising employees;
• Promote and develop the corporate culture;
• Organize the annual meetings with partners;
• Organize company teambuildings;
• Create and send newsletters for Tucano Coffee Partners.

And because we are growing – there are always interesting things and tasks going on.

Requirements:
- Experience of 2 years as a trainer, and human resources specialist.
- Advanced communication skills in Romanian, English & Russian. Candidates must both speak and write the languages fluently all this three languages.
- Computer literacy (full use of Browsers, E-mail and Office applications).
