We’re on the lookout for an experienced RGN/Lowboy/Flatbed/Stepdeck Dispatcher to join our growing team and help us ensure seamless transportation operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage shipments for RGN, Lowboy, Flatbed, and Stepdeck trailers.
- Identify and secure profitable loads using load boards, brokers, and established networks.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with brokers and customers to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, providing updates to customers and resolving any delays or issues.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, ensuring they have all necessary information and documentation.
- Handle driver schedules, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team for invoicing and documentation management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and drivers.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, delays, or last-minute changes in schedules.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispatcher in the trucking/logistics industry.
- Experience specifically with RGN, Lowboy, Flatbed, or Stepdeck trailers is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using dispatching software and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure optimal load rates.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight transportation compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- English proficiency (at least B1 level) for effective communication.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
