Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

A UK-based digital marketing group is hiring in Moldova. After developing and releasing a number of projects in the business intelligence and online gaming space we are looking to strengthen our presence in Moldova.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with a strong focus on front-end development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with WordPress (Elementor), PHP, Laravel, and front-end technologies to build and optimize responsive web applications and landing pages.
This role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality front-end solutions while also handling back-end logic where necessary.

Responsibilities
Front-End Development (Primary Focus)

Design, develop, and maintain responsive landing pages and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (Elementor).
Implement UI/UX designs into fully functional, visually appealing, and performance-optimized web pages.
Customize and extend WordPress themes & plugins to meet business needs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to modern web standards.
Optimize front-end performance for fast load times.
Back-End Development (Secondary Focus)
Develop and maintain custom functionalities in PHP (Laravel).
Work on API integrations, database queries, and back-end optimizations.
Troubleshoot and fix back-end issues when needed.

Skills & Experience
Front-End (Strong Focus)

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery.
Experience with WordPress (Elementor, Custom Themes & Plugins).
Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with front-end performance optimization techniques.

Back-End (Secondary)

Experience in PHP & Laravel for back-end development.
Ability to write efficient SQL queries in MySQL.
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.

Additional Skills

Experience with Git for version control.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across both front-end and back-end.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
