We are currently seeking Student Advisers to join our expanding team at Top Education Group. At Top Education Group, we take pride in offering exceptional guidance and support to our students throughout their academic journey. As a Student Adviser, you will be working directly with students, providing them with step-by-step assistance in their educational endeavors.

Primary Purpose of the Role:
Guidance and advisory services for students, which includes addressing their questions, assisting in educational planning, and promoting our academic programs. In addition, you should have the ability to provide valuable insights and be customer-centric in your approach.

Responsibilities:
- Sending and answering emails and providing advice to students on various educational options.
- Assisting students in selecting courses and programs that align with their academic goals.
- Checking the availability of classes and adjusting schedules based on student preferences.
- Collaborating with students via email to create personalized academic plans.
- Promoting and encouraging enrollment in our academic programs.
- Addressing any questions or concerns students may have about the enrollment process.
- Providing information about additional services or special opportunities, when relevant.
- Resolving any post-enrollment issues that may arise.

Who You Are:
- A quick learner with strong negotiation and effective time management skills.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Are available to work from 12 to 8PM or 1 to 9PM
- The ability to treat individuals with integrity and respect.
- Prior experience in the education field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English. Your level of English should be at least C1.
