HR manager
Main responsibilities:
• Identifying the profiles of successful employees of the company, and developing a talent-based recruitment strategy according to profiles.
• Active promotion of company values within employees, elaboration and implementation of necessary activities to align employees to company values
• Identifying staff motivators, collaboration with managers in order to apply existing resources and methods of motivation
• Identifying successors for each department, collaboration with managers in order to ensure needed trainings for potential successors.
• Identifying training needs both for employees and for managers, planning, budgeting and organising needed training.
Requirements:
• Experience in similar position in successful companies with minimum 200 of employees
• Experience in international companies is considered to be an advantage
• Certified trainings in HR
• Self-motivated and result oriented person
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of English language both oral and writing
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
